Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals. We are against animal testing and are committed to making ethical and compassionate choices with our products. 

 

Are NuNorm products vegan?

Yes. All of our products are vegan.

 

Are NuNorm ingredients natural? 

All NuNorm products use natural ingredients, and our team of expert toxicologists tests everything to ensure our products are safe and ready for you! 

 

Are the product shades inclusive?

We’ve launched 10 shades of our Tinted Hydrator, 17 shades of our Quick Cover foundation and concealer, 8 shades of our Brow Rescue pencil, and 3 shades of our Shine Eraser powder. While this is just the beginning, we’re committed to expanding our range. We’d love any suggestions on how we can continue catering our products to all skin tones.

 

How can I find out what shade is best for me?

Our Virtual Try-On tool simplifies the process of finding your perfect shade. Once you have your color match, our buildable formulas make getting a perfectly natural look easier than ever. 

 

Are NuNorm products for all men’s skin types?

Our products were designed for all skin types but can be a little more effective with men’s unique skin qualities. The magic lies in our adaptable formulas. Use a bit more for a darker tone or less for a lighter one. They’re completely customizable!

 

What is the difference between NuNorm products and regular makeup?

NuNorm products are designed to naturally conceal without looking caked on. We created our products to give you the perfect no-makeup makeup look!

 

How much product should I apply? 

Our products are buildable, so start off with a small amount and add more if you feel the need. You’re in control of how much coverage your look has, so adjust the amount to give your desired results!

 

Do I need a brush or sponge or a special applicator? 

You can definitely apply our products with your hands, but we recommend using our Kabuki-style brush. It’s designed with versatility in mind, making it easy to apply liquids, creams, and powders.

Can women use NuNorm products?

Does the Tinted Hydrator contain SPF?

No.

Is it necessary to purchase a brush or sponge for application?

No. All of our products can be applied with your fingertips. However, a brush or sponge may help with a more even application and less mess.

What is NuNorm’s return policy?

If your NuNorm order doesn't meet your expectations, feel free to return it within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. Please keep in mind that shipping fees won't be refunded. Also, note that pre-paid shipping labels aren't available for U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

When will my order arrive?

US

Once your order is placed, we typically process and pack within 1-3 business days. For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Outside these states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and PO Boxes, delivery times may vary. APO, FPO, and U.S. territories may take around 45 days for shipping. These are estimated times and are not guaranteed. Refer to our Terms of Service for details.

International

For orders shipping internationally, processing and shipping generally takes 7-14 business days.

We offer international shipping, and the costs are calculated depending on the weight of your order and the destination. In case of issues, carriers will contact you.
